Shipping

Each order from The Steele Maiden comes wrapped carefully in a drawstring muslin bag and includes a snapshot of the city that inspired the item.  All orders are shipped safely in a padded mailer via USPS ground and are sent out within 2-3 days of purchase.  You should expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days. 

All shipping rates are valid for Continental US orders only (please feel free to contact me for international shipping information).

Returns and exchanges are permitted only if item shipped was incorrect or otherwise damaged.
